Wizards 101 adds new stuff.
Pets you don’t have to feed? Abraxas reveals all.
Abraxas sez:
Last year I reviewed Wizards 101, a family friendly MMORPG from Kingsisle, a local Austin company. I am sure you have the review saved to your favorites. For you new-comers, here’s a link: Wizards 101 review. I’ll wait while you catch up.
Back?
Okay, Wizards 101 recently expanded their content for the game to include Pets. Now, I know what you’re thinking, you’re thinking, “Uh, so what?”
Well, the in-game pets have several advantages to real-life pets.
- You can ignore them for days and they’re okay with that.
- You can not feed them for weeks at a time and the SPCA won’t show up.
- The pets offer special abilities and powers for in-game play.
J. Todd Coleman, Creative Director and VP at Kingsisle, had this to say about the new pets system, “The new pets is the bomb, yo! You just don’t know, fool! They be all up in your business, trapin’ card, throwin’ spizlles, and yo, check it, you can train’em. It be a whole new way to play! How fly is that?”
Yeah, the crew over at Kingsisle is pretty gangsta like that.
Anyway, the new pets offer a new level of play for the very kid friendly game. You should check it out.
